1. General Information
　The role of the Health Service Center is to keep and promote physical and mental health in all the members of this University. The Center consists of Physical, Counseling, and Mental Health Departments.

2. Services provided by the Health Service Center
i) Periodical health examination
ii) Special health examination for particular exercise courses or extracurricular activities
iii) Health consultation (physical and mental)
iv) Health education
v) Health care
vi) First aid
vii) Issuing health certificate (to the member who has taken medical examination of the year)
viii) Others
　Measurement of blood pressure, visual acuity, body fat, etc.

Feel free to drop in the Health Service Center when you have some troubles with your physical or mental condition. Private matters are strictly kept secret.

In the case you need a quick examination, consultation or first aid, you can come any time during the office hour of the Health Service Center, 8:30-17:00 on weekdays.

Health certificate can be issued to the member who has taken medical examination of the year.

You do not pay any money, when you visit the center for any purposes. Health insurance card is not necessary in the center.

Caution : Foreigners who stay in Japan more than one year can be enrolled in National Health Insurance. Application is accepted at the municipal office of the city (town, village) where you live in. Ask the city (town, village) office about your contribution for National Health Insurance.
