【Abstract】"After 37 years of negotiations... when is Peace in Muslim Mindanao?"
Thirty-seven years ago, next month! Peace negotiations have been going on between the Philippine Government and the two Moro Revolutionary Fronts in Muslim Mindanao. Three weeks ago in Kuala Lumpur, the Government Panel Chair urged his MILF counterpart to reach an accord in the first quarter of 2012. They parted after three days, all smiles! Is it peace, at last?
