1. Hotel Accommodation
Rooms of the following hotels have been reserved (special rates).
For room reservation, please apply by Sep. 30 Oct. 30, 2009. No reservations will be confirmed in the absence of payment of accommodation fee. Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Period applicable : Nov.20, 2009 - Nov.25, 2009
Accommodation rates are per room per night including breakfast, service charge and tax. The rates are valid only during the period of the Conference, and information are subject to change without notice.
You can apply accommodation together with Registration.

2. Payment
Payment from abroad: Credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard and Visa) will only be accepted for the early bird registration. Kinki Nippon Tourit Co. Ltd. (KNT), official travel agent of CoMHI 2009, wholly handles the conference payment process, so please notice that the name of creditor in your credit card statement appeared will be Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd., but not CoMHI.
Payment in Japan: Either by credit card or bank transfer.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please notify cancellation to the official travel agent below in writing by fax or by e-mail. The following restrictions apply to cancellations:
In case of cancellation of hotel reservation, your charge will be refunded after deducting cancellation fee as follows.
If cancellation notification is received
| 14 days or more prior to the date of arrival | No charge |
| 13-7days prior | 10% of one night accommodation fee |
| 6-3 days prior | 40% of one night accommodation fee |
| Less than 3days or no notice given | 100% of one night accommodation fee |
Failure to check in on the arrival date without prior notice may result in automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.
