Aim and Topics of ICMS2007

| Magnetism is a key physical property of materials. Every material has its
own magnetism. Nowadays, scientists can freely use strong magnetic fields of 10 T or more. Magnetic fields are well known to affect chemical and physical processes, not only of ferromagnetic and paramagnetic materials but also of diamagnetic materials. Consequently, many interesting phenomena have been observed. These findings are considered to have very useful implications for chemical and physical processing of materials. The goal of this conference is to provide an opportunity to foster critical discussion and facilitate wide information exchange by active scientists from throughout the world, who are researching magnetic field effects on chemistry, physics and biology, and magnetic processing of materials. |
