Accommodations

We strongly recommend to simultaneously request hotel reservation in the registration form (word) / (pdf) when you make registration. Please read this accommodation guide to fill in the form. The deadline to send the form to ISMD2011 Desk is due 31 August, 2011, if you would like to reserve your room in the following three recommended hotels. Please send the form to ISMD2011 Desk via FAX +81-6-6202-7921 ( e-mail is also acceptable, if you have no preblem ). The approximate locations of these hotels are found here. Otherwise, please directly contact ISMD2011 Desk at your convenience.

Recommendated hotels

We block rooms till the end of August, 2011 in the following reasonable hotels near from the meeting place inside Miyajima Morinoyado Inn. All the other details are found in the accommodation guide.

1) Miyajima Morinoyado Inn has Japanease traditional style rooms and is located inside Miyajima-island. The rooms are supposed to be shared with 3-5 persons.

2) Aki Grand Hotel has western style rooms and is located in Miyajimaguchi. You need to use ferry (10 min.) and walk (15-20 min.) to arrive at the meeting place. Shuttle buses are available from the hotel to the ferry port in Miyajimaguchi (5 min.).

3) Miyajima Coral Hotel is a less expensive busuiness hotel which is located in Miyajimaguchi. You need to use ferry (10 min.) and walk (15-20 min.) to arrive at the meeting place. The ferry port in Miyajimaguchi is biside the hotel.
