Registration

All participants are required to register by sending the following registration form to the ISMD2011 Desk via FAX +81-6-6202-7921 ( e-mail is also acceptable, if you have no preblem ). The registration form can be obtained from here (word format) / (pdf format) . We strongly recommend to request hotel reservations to the ISMD2011 Desk at the same time, because Miyajima is a popular sightseeing place. You can reserve convenient hotels by the same form. Please read the accomodation guide to fill in the form.

Registration fee

Registration from 1st August to 31 August, 2011: 38,000 JPY. (In case you could not register e.g. due to delay of nomination by your collaboration for the speaker selection despite that ISMD conveners have asked the collabotration before July 31, please indicate that you request the earlier registration fee in the form.)

The registration fee covers proceedings (printed), welcome reception on Sunday evening, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner, and excursion.

Cancellation policy for registration fee

In case of cancellation following cancellation fees will be charged:
10,000 YEN from Sep 15, 2011（JST)
20,000 YEN from Sep 20, 2011（JST)
Full registration fee from Sep 25, 2011（JST)
