In December 2007, the Compact Modeling Council (CMC) has selected
HiSIM-HV as the
final candidate for the new LDMOS compact-model standard. After bugfixes
and further improvements
requested by the CMC members,
HiSIM_HV 1.0.2 as the first CMC standard version has been
approved on December 11th, 2008.
The distribution statement associated with this version, specifies the conditions of the user license for HiSIM_HV 1.1.1. Some of the restrictions with respect to the usage of patents related to HiSIM_HV may be removed in future.
