4th International Workshop on Compact Modeling

IWCM 2007 program is now available.
Pre-registration is not required for IWCM 2007 meeting.
The conference proceeding will cost 3,000 yen (about 27 USD).

The 4^th international workshop on compact modeling will be held in Yokohama, Japan, on January 23^rd, 2007. The workshop provides an opportunity for the discussion and the presentation of advances in modeling and simulation of integrated circuits.

TOPICS

- Compact modeling for all kinds of devices
- Parameter extraction methodology and strategy
- Circuit simulation techniques

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors should prepare an abstract with 2 to 10 pages including figures for inclusion in the workshop proceedings, and send the electronic file in PDF or MS-Word format to furui.yoshiharu@starc.or.jp. Paper templates in TeX and Word formats are downloadable from the ASP-DAC 2007 site. Deadline for the submission is November 30^th, 2006.
