The registration desk will be located in the lobby of the 2nd basement floor (B2F) of the International Conference Center. Since it will be open from 1500 to 1700 on June 4, please take a walk from your hotel to the Peace Memorial Park, where the International Conference Center is located, to finish onsite registration. After 1600 on June 4, poster presenters will be able to display their posters in Dahlia 2. The registration desk will also be open from 0830 to 1800 on June 5 and 6.

The deadline for early registration fee has been extended to 19 March, 2013.
JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc. (JTB GMT) has been appointed as the official registration office for the Symposium. We urge interesting participants to register via our On-line Registration and On-line Payment Form, even if you have not made firm travel arrangements, so we can plan our events more efficiently. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration-Fee is received.

Application should be accompanied by payment, and no registration will be confirmed in the absence of the payment. The reduced fee will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment received by JTB Global Marketing Travel by March 5, 2013.
All payment must be in Japanese yen. If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us the name of each participant.

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be deducted before any refund is made.
