| Shiraishi visited India to conduct research and conclude MOU. First, I met up with Prof. Chakraborty of Delhi University. The curry at the guesthouse where I stayed was delicious. | |

| The first half of the survey investigated microbial-related structures in the Gwalior Group. On the right is a palimpsest ripple. | |

| The second half of the survey involved investigating modern microbial structures found on the coast of Gujarat, which indeed appear to be palimpsest ripple. | |

| After the survey, we attended the signing MOU with Presidency University. We were also able to see the marble of Taj Mahal. | |
