Registration and payment procedures are as follows
(1) You fill the on-line registration form and submit (Deadline: Dec. 29th).
(2) KNT send payment advice and instruction to you by an e-mail.
(3) Make payment according to the payment advice by January 7th, 2005.
(4) When your payment is received at KNT, confirmation letter will be sent to you.

All payment must be made before January 7th, 2005.

Each guest (participant, accompanied person, student assisstant) should fill one form.

The registration form is a little cumbersome, but please kindly take
a few minutes to help better arrangement for your trip and stay.

If you are invited with full or local cost supports, or your are a student staff,
there will be no charge except for the fee for single occupancy or
for extra nights and trip in Japan which are not necessary for symposiuim participation.
