That mail should include:

(1) Name, Middle Name, and Surname

(2) Full affiliation and contact telephone number

(3) Requested registration type: (a) presenter or (b) audience, and student or not.

(4) Abstract title in case you submit one as a presenting author.

(5) Accommodation name, check-in date and check-out date (Book first from below.)

(6) Will you attend the reception on January 16 paying JPYen6,000? Yes or No.
(transportation only to Athena Kaigetsu and Westin Awaji Island)

The registration fee is JPYen10,000 (JPYen5,000 for students) which covers the followings.

- entry to all sessions
- program and abstract book
- all coffee breaks during the conference


Payments of the registration fee and the reception fee are to be made on arrival at the conference site at the reception desk in Japanese Yen. No credit card is accepted.

Please book a hotel room by yourself using the links below unless you are supported by the organizing committee.

Organizers will arrange shuttle buses to the conference site from Athena Kaigetsu and The Westin Awaji Island, not from the other.
