crowded public transport should not be used during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is, however, a great concern about sustainable transport in the future, because avoiding the risk of infection may keep people away from the use of public transport. COVID-19 will generate a &#8216;new normal&#8217; (WHO) to our human life. Then, we have to worry about how to make effective policies against the increased car dependence induced by the avoidance of using public transport.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>If your boss forces you to give your pocket money to help his decisions (not an investment), will you give? &#8211;&gt; Is this very funny if it happens in reality! Decisions in emergencies should be not only speedy but also be contemplated, especially for complex systems. I have to assume that the above controversial decision was made by the governor without carefully consulting with his advisory body, or his advisory body is too close to him and consequently cannot stop him to make the wrong decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing is sure: Politicians should stop making any political show.
