This seminar is also positioned as \u201cSeminar on Regional and Urban Engineering\u201d for master-course students, and\u00a0\u201cSeminar on Regional and Urban Planning I &amp; II\u201d for doctor-course students. So, to get credits,\u00a0master-course and doctor-course students MUST attend.
