Talk at Nanopore Day, Osaka 2023

I gave a lecture at Nanopore Day Osaka 2023 held in Midosuji, Osaka on June 22, 2023.
The title of the talk was “Sequencing hyperduplicate sequence of mitochondrial genome of the hot spring frog using Nanopore sequencers,” and I talked about the mitochondrial genome of the hot spring frog (Buergeria japonica), which was recently determined accurately using Nanopore sequencers. Since the talk was given just in time for the publication of the paper, I included the parts that could not be mentioned in the paper and the PC used for the base call of the Nanopore sequencing. I have written a lot about the Nanopore sequencer on this website, and it is an interesting sequencer that can be devised in a variety of ways. It was a very enjoyable meeting, and I received comments from many people.
