Introduction

BUESA refers to the research group for Building and Urban Environmental Science in Asia. It was established in 2009 with the aim of helping achieve sustainable development in the built environment in Asian nations. We are focusing especially on the energy-saving strategies for buildings and cities in Southeast Asia. Most of the researches are conducted in collaboration with local experts.
