Overview of our research

Our goal is to gain a better understanding of quantum physics by studying experimentally observable quantum  phenomena in detail. Our main experimental approach is through optics, since optical quantum networks are the best  controlled quantum systems available at present. The focus of our studies is on non-classical correlations between physical properties that can not be measured jointly. Based on these results, we are developing an explanation of quantum phenomena that seeks to provide a new intuition regarding the fundamental laws of physics at the quantum level.
