The Laboratory of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry held its first seminar of the semester today. Prof. Xuan and Assist. Prof. Thinh warmly welcomed all new members and introduced the lab’s research activities and goals. The seminar marked a positive start to the new academic term, fostering interaction and collaboration among lab members.
In September 2025, our laboratory under supervision of Prof. Tran Dang Xuan conducted sample collection from rice field experiment. Field experiment is part of our laboratory’s continuous efforts to understand rice adaptation mechanisms and to develop strategies that improve crop resilience and productivity under adverse environmental conditions.
Our laboratory has successfully established a new experimental field in 2025, cultivating around 20 rice varieties to support multiple ongoing research projects. The experiment aims to investigate varietal differences in physiological, biochemical, and molecular responses under various environmental conditions.
