As a part of Energy Science and Engineering lecture, we visited the Nukui Dam in Hiroshima Prefection, which is the second largest arch dam in Japan. We thank the dam officers and Energia engineers for their kind hospitalities.

Visitors: Kyungil University from S. Korea

About 30 students and two professors from Kyungil University in South Korea visited the CHESS lab and Hiroshima University. They introduced their up-to-date research activities on disaster prevention and countermeasures using sensing technology and AI.
