略歴
広島大学助手（教育学部）、琉球大学助教授（教育学部）、明星大学助教授（人文学部）、広島大学大学院教育学研究科准教授を経て、現在、広島大学大学院人間社会科学研究科教授。同研究科附属幼年教育研究施設・施設長。保育実践のフィールドワークを中心に、保育者の専門性の探求，保育カンファレンスや園内研修のデザイン、子どもの生活や遊びに関する研究を行っています。実践者と協働しながら、保育の奥深さに光を当てることをめざしています。
